About the program
As part of our commitment to protect employees, clients, and business partners from unfair, improper, or fraudulent practices, Industria Innovations launched the Whistleblower Program in July 2026. The program accepts reports of possible violations of law, regulation, or our Code of Conduct, and offers protections for anyone who comes forward in good faith.
Examples of what this program covers include financial misconduct and fraud, bribery or corruption, undisclosed conflicts of interest, health and safety violations, harassment or discrimination, environmental or ESG violations, product quality or safety concerns, and retaliation against someone who has already reported.

Whistleblower protections
The Whistleblower Program offers several forms of protection, including confidentiality, the option to report anonymously, and strict anti-reprisal measures.
What happens after you report
Every report is acknowledged, assessed, and assigned for review. If you've left a way to reach you, we'll follow up directly as it progresses.
Submit a report
Fill out the form to send a report to our Whistleblower review team. If you choose to stay anonymous, we won't collect anything that could identify you, and we won't be able to follow up unless you leave a way to reach you.
No reprisal
Retaliation against a good-faith report is a fireable offense at Industria Innovations, full stop.

Identify yourself or don't. Both are treated with the same seriousness.
You'll hear back
If you've left a way to reach you, every report gets a real review and a response.
Independent when it matters
Reports about HR, the CEO, or the COO route straight to the Board. They never see it.
